Delete your SEFARI account
You can delete your account and associated data directly from the SEFARI app.
After you confirm deletion, the account cannot be restored from within SEFARI.
How to delete your account
- 1Open SEFARI
Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- 2Open Profile
Choose Profile from the app navigation.
- 3Choose Delete Account
Scroll to the account section and tap Delete Account.
- 4Confirm deletion
Review the warning and tap Delete to confirm.
What happens after deletion?
The app removes the user account through SEFARI’s account-deletion flow, removes associated account data handled by that flow, signs you out, and returns you to the login screen.
Can’t access your account?
If you cannot sign in or complete deletion in the app, send a request to our support team and include the email address or phone number linked to the account.
